Nothing Phone (3) Spotted on the FCC Certification Platform: Nothing OS 3.3, WiFi 6E, 5150 mAh Rated Battery, 65W Charging, and More Revealed

Exactly a week later, Nothing – the UK based tech maker will be officially unveiling its much-awaited Phone (3) smartphone and ahead of it, this upcoming device has made its appearance on the FCC certification platform. Via its new certification listing, a few key specs as well as its launch in the US market have been confirmed.

Nothing Phone (3) – FCC Certification
Nothing’s Phone (3) smartphone carrying the model number – ‘A024’ has received the FCC certification with the FCC ID of ‘2AZEQ-A024’, and it has been listed on the certification database as a ‘Smart Phone’. The Nothing OS 3.3 based on the Android 15 operating system will be offered on the device out of the box, and a metal frame antenna/coil antenna will be equipped within it.
On the connectivity side, the upcoming smartphone is revealed with specs such as 5G/4G/3G/2G network, WiFi 6E with triple band support, Bluetooth, and NFC. A Li-ion battery with the model number – ‘NT05A’ will also be present inside, and this is mentioned to offer a rated battery capacity of 5150 mAh. Additionally, the charging adapter with model number – ‘C286’ and a USB Type-C to Type-C 1m shielded cable have also been listed along with this smartphone. Up to 65W wired fast charging capability can be expected on the device as per FCC.
Furthermore, the Nothing Phone (3) smartphone has also received regulatory labels from the European Union, France, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, and Japan, pointing out its availability in these mentioned global markets. Also, the box colors suggest that White and Blue color variants could be introduced for the device, however an earlier update only mentioned the Black and White colors.
Speaking more, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4-powered Nothing Phone (3) flagship is scheduled to debut in the Indian and global markets on the 1st of July 2025 – next week, and the same day will also be marking the debut of the Headphone (1) too – the brand’s very first over-the-ear headphones. Just to add, 12GB/256GB and 16GB/512GB storage models can be expected for the smartphone device, and these are believed to be priced respectively at USD 799 and USD 899.
